What you will do

• Manage all aspects of contract fabric maintenance delivery, including scope planning and client liaison.
• Conduct offshore visits to perform surveys and fabric maintenance audits.
• Provide specialist technical guidance and accountability for blasting/painting safety, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee the company’s blasting/painting capability and maintain the professional competency framework.
• Develop and improve technical documentation within the company’s Business Management System.
• Monitor project progress against plans and manage costs against established budgets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aberdeen, UK
• NACE or ICORR certification.
• Proven experience in coatings, coatings inspection, and surveying.
• Experience managing offshore activities and working in offshore environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office software.
• Ability to read technical drawings and ISOs.
