Data Operations Analyst (Big Data Management Experience)

What you will do

• Execute and monitor sample maintenance, statistical operations, and data quality checks.
• Perform data queries and related activities throughout the production process, potentially across multiple countries.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Research, Data Science, Output Operations, and Input Operations teams to resolve data and process issues.
• Prepare accurate KPI tracking for on-time delivery and data accuracy.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of data, process, product, and commercial queries in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preference for Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, proactivity, attention to detail, teamwork, and deadline management.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Excel is mandatory; good SQL and Python skills required, with R as an advantage.
