What you will do

• Execute and monitor statistical operations tasks, including sample maintenance and data quality checks.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect information and drive data quality.
• Prepare and track KPIs to monitor on-time delivery and data accuracy.
• Manage ad-hoc project work and maintain task discipline.
• Liaise with stakeholders in a virtual, multi-cultural environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Experience with SQL and Python is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with R programming.
• Strong project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing).
