Program Manager – Strategic Account (Data Centers)

TL;DR

Program Manager – Strategic Account (Data Centers): Leading the delivery and governance of critical infrastructure projects for a key strategic customer in Israel with an accent on cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management. Focus on ensuring seamless deployment from implementation to lifecycle handover and driving operational excellence across business units.

Location: Must be based in Israel or within EMEA with frequent travel to Israel

What you will do

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for senior customer stakeholders across all deliverables.
• Own end-to-end accountability for all Israel-based deployments and programs.
• Coordinate across hirify.global Business Units to ensure aligned delivery per the established governance model.
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks including RCA, 8D problem-solving, KPI tracking, and CAPA verification.
• Identify risks early and drive pre-emptive resolution before escalation to the customer.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, acting as the single funnel of information.

Requirements

• Technical qualification (HND minimum) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of program/contract management experience in a complex delivery environment.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data center, or power solutions industry.
• English proficiency required; Hebrew is considered an advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within EMEA.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $5M.
• International program management experience across multiple geographies.
