Industrial Engineer Internship (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Factory, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II, Vinh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The six-month internship starts in September 2026 and requires working on-site at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Conduct time studies, continuous observations, and work-sequence analyses for machine and operator workflows.
• Measure people utilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify productivity opportunities.
• Establish standard production times and analyze workstation performance and efficiency.
• Propose workload-balancing and workstation-optimization improvements.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methods, basic statistics, and production-data analysis.
• Support the development of digital applications for monitoring and evaluating production performance.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering Management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Minitab, Power BI, and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Availability for a six-month, on-site internship starting in September 2026, with a minimum of four on-site days per week.
