What you will do

• Guide Franchise Partners through a structured 10-week onboarding program to ensure all milestones are met.
• Conduct weekly check-ins, training, and coaching sessions to support partners and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Track onboarding progress, KPIs, and documentation using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Ensure completion of all legal, compliance, CRM, and pre-launch requirements.
• Identify partners at risk of falling behind and implement recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide status updates and escalate risks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in franchise support, onboarding, administration, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management or CRM tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, in AEST time zone.

Nice to have

• Background in multi-site retail or hospitality environments.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media business pages.
