What you will do

• Lead client onboarding activities, including project kick-off, training, configuration, and data migration.
• Manage and oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with venue stakeholders to customize the hirify.global platform to meet specific business goals.
• Act as a product expert, guiding clients on how to apply tools to achieve their unique objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Fluent Italian language proficiency.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to keep tasks on track.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative startup environments.
