What you will do

• Manage app install campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, and DSPs, handling $500k+ in daily spend.
• Optimize campaigns toward revenue and predictive LTV targets.
• Monitor live campaigns daily to proactively adjust budgets and bids and troubleshoot performance drops.
• Lead creative strategy by analyzing trends and coordinating production with the internal creative team.
• Manage cross-channel attribution using Adjust MMP to ensure accurate performance tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling app install campaigns on at least two platforms: AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Experience managing significant daily budgets in a live, high-stakes environment.
• Ability to analyze performance data to plan creative testing roadmaps and brief agencies.
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution and MMP setup, specifically with Adjust.
• Experience optimizing toward revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin for full-time onsite work.
