What you will do

• Provide solutions-focused compliance support to Marketing and Operational teams.
• Ensure campaigns, promotions, and player experiences are delivered in a compliant and responsible manner.
• Review and approve marketing materials against specific regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data protection and wider compliance operations.
• Apply pragmatic guardrails to support the business in achieving commercial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within gambling or a wider regulated industry.
• Essential experience in marketing compliance, including the review of marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of UK gambling regulation and advertising compliance (CAP/ASA Codes).
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and proportionate advice to internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the UK or Malta.
