Global Finance Process and ICS Specialist

Location: Basel, Switzerland until Q1 2027, with expected relocation to the Zurich Airport office thereafter

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls across global finance processes.
• Assess processes and controls, identify risks and gaps, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and control framework development.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Maintain process narratives, flowcharts, control documentation, and audit evidence.
• Prepare reporting on control effectiveness and collaborate with stakeholders on governance and accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in ICFR, internal controls, audit, risk management, or finance governance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting risks, control frameworks, compliance requirements, and governance practices.
• Experience with GRC tools and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; German is an asset.

• Big 4 or consulting experience focused on financial audit and internal controls.
• Experience with publicly listed companies.
• Workiva, Power BI, or Visio experience.
• CPA, CIA, or a similar professional certification.
