What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor to senior client executives and direct solution architecture for large technical programs.
• Champion and adopt best practices, including TDD, pair programming, and the use of design patterns for clean, reusable code.
• Develop account strategies and proactive proposals to ensure continuous delivery of value to clients.
• Cultivate high-performing teams by encouraging feedback and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Manage account health, including security, privacy, and legal compliance.
• Handle account management tasks, including pre-sales, client reporting, and budget oversight.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing the scope and shape of large programs of work.
• Experience with account management, third-party contractual agreements, pre-sales, and client reporting.
• Deep knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior organizational leaders.
• Ability to lead, organize, and deliver commitments in ambiguous situations with little to no direction.
• Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
