Location: Sydney, Australia. Must be legally authorized to work in Australia. Flexible-First policy allows for office, home, or hybrid schedules.

What you will do
- Align business strategy, operating vision, and capabilities with technology imperatives.
- Serve as the primary expert and point of escalation for business architecture for project teams and customers.
- Define business solutions and structures that create client value and fit within the overall enterprise architecture.
- Establish performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for proposed solutions.
- Review prototypes and enterprise blueprints to ensure they meet business imperatives.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and contribute intellectual property back to the practice.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience implementing software applications.
- Minimum 12 years of experience specifically with P&C insurance software applications.
- 12+ years of experience with .NET Solutions, SQL, and relational database design.
- Proven experience implementing Duck Creek solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, and third-party systems).
- Deep knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for P&C insurance.
