What you will do

• Align business strategy, operating vision, and capabilities with technology imperatives.
• Serve as the primary expert and point of escalation for business architecture for project teams and customers.
• Define business solutions and structures that create client value and fit within the overall enterprise architecture.
• Establish performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for proposed solutions.
• Review prototypes and enterprise blueprints to ensure they meet business imperatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and contribute intellectual property back to the practice.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Australia.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience implementing software applications.
• Minimum 12 years of experience specifically with P&C insurance software applications.
• 12+ years of experience with .NET Solutions, SQL, and relational database design.
• Proven experience implementing Duck Creek solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, and third-party systems).
• Deep knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for P&C insurance.
