What you will do

• Define and map business capabilities, assessing maturity and identifying gaps.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM) and standardize end-to-end business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary expert and point of escalation for business architecture for project teams and customers.
• Collaborate with architects to define business value opportunities and integrate them into the overall enterprise architecture.
• Establish performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for proposed business solutions.
• Manage and deliver architectural guidance across multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Australia.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in implementing software applications.
• At least 12 years of deep experience specifically with P&C insurance software.
• Strong technical background with .Net solutions, SQL, and relational database design.
• Proven experience implementing Duck Creek solutions.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with systems integration across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Reinsurance.
