What you will do

• Develop and drive quality and reliability strategies for the Silicon Photonics product portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end reliability qualification for silicon photonics devices, transceivers, and co-packaged optics.
• Lead cross-functional failure analysis investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with development and manufacturing teams to facilitate smooth product transfers and high-volume ramps.
• Uphold best practices for Product/Process Qualifications (PPQ) and Change Management.
• Coordinate and host customer visits and audits while providing regular quality reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry (Bachelors +12y, Masters +10y, or PhD +7y experience).
• Expertise in silicon photonics, semiconductor photodiodes, modulators, lasers, fiber optics, or wafer fabrication.
• Proficiency in advanced packaging (2D/2.5D/3D), design for reliability, and semiconductor characterization.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills using JMP, Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
