What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of cleaning service providers in the UAE.
• Track and review partner-level KPIs weekly and conduct monthly business reviews against performance commitments.
• Identify and acquire new cleaning partners that meet the company's quality and performance bars.
• Onboard new partners and accelerate their time-to-revenue to under 30 days.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Product teams to resolve partner issues and implement platform changes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and ensure clean, traceable partner data for reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B partners, suppliers, or merchants with associated performance targets.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, sign, and onboard new commercial deals end-to-end.
• Experience working with operations and quality data within a marketplace or on-demand services business.
• Proficiency in Excel for reading P&L, building partner-level margin models, and explaining unit economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.

• Arabic language proficiency for partner communications.
• University degree.
