What you will do

• Maximize regional revenue through the strategic onboarding and retention of VIP clients.
• Formulate and execute AUM strategies and revenue optimization based on local product offerings.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint in Australia.
• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and family offices to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Originate new prospective clients through referrals and the development of new sales channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador and collaborate with operations to resolve client roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience in VIP business development within crypto, private banking, finance, or trading.
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the ANZ region.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
