What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy complex, scalable Pega applications across all digital channels.
• Perform technical design, idea generation, and business analysis for enterprise-wide solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, story creation, and updating progress in Jira/RTC.
• Write high-quality code adhering to standards and conduct peer code reviews.
• Mentor associate software engineers and evaluate technical feasibility trade-offs for long-term capabilities.

Requirements

• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) v8.x or higher.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems.
• Experience with modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript) and web services (REST, HTTPS, JSON).
• Experience developing applications specifically within the healthcare domain.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular v4+, NodeJS, NoSQL databases, HTML5, or CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
