What you will do

• Execute the onboarding process for new hires into payroll systems.
• Audit timesheets to ensure complete accuracy before processing.
• Process all payroll changes to ensure biweekly payrolls are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage wage garnishments and tax levy requirements.
• Handle union or prevailing wage payroll processing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Williamsville, NY
• At least 5 years of experience with ADP WFN and payroll processing.
• Proven experience with multistate payroll.
• Deep knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

• Experience with MS SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience within a government contracting environment.
