What you will do

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from initial strategy and scoping to project planning and change management.
• Drive step-change improvements in operational processes by building systems and workflows that improve business outcomes.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and account leadership to turn regulatory requirements into competitive advantages.
• Build and run operating models across diverse cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
• Translate user friction into actionable product and operational improvements through data-driven feedback loops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record as an individual contributor managing complex, multi-stakeholder project plans from inception to completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory topics for senior audiences.
• Deep experience designing, launching, and scaling complex cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
• Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Fluency in data visualization tools and analytical frameworks to measure program success.
