What you will do

• Maintain detailed financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general journals.
• Process payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking with high precision.
• Generate key financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Support audit processes and implement internal financial process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks is essential.
• Proven experience handling multi-currency transactions.
• Strong command of Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across different time zones.
