What you will do

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple properties using Buildium.
• Maintain and update multiple QuickBooks Online company files.
• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable transactions.
• Calculate monthly management fees and prepare owner draws.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for leadership.
• Improve bookkeeping workflows and accounting process consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping principles.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience managing books for a property management company.
• Familiarity with NARPM Chart of Accounts.
• Experience with Florida landlord-tenant accounting practices.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
