What you will do

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping for three Singapore entities directly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Execute quarterly foreign exchange (FX) translations from SGD to USD.
• Map and clean financial data from Vietnamese agencies to align with internal Chart of Accounts (COA) and upload to QBO.
• Support Singapore statutory filings, including Corporate Tax (Form C/C-S), ACRA annual returns, and FATCA compliance.
• Prepare PBC schedules and pull QBO reports to support annual audit processes.
• Prepare quarterly financial data for Singapore investment vehicle performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping/accounting experience with mastery of GAAP/IFRS.
• Strict hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex lookups and conditional formulas.
• Proficient written English skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to align with the Beijing timezone.

• Mandarin language skills (verbal and written).
