What you will do

• Prepare commission invoices to charter companies and issue credit notes.
• Reconcile charter invoices against bookings and CRM data.
• Process bank statements, classify transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly P&L and cash-based management reporting.
• Maintain plan vs. actual reporting and support annual reporting cycles and investor requests.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian (written and spoken).
• Working English (Intermediate or higher).
• Experience in financial controlling, bookkeeping, management accounting, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
