What you will do

• Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering to align customer goals with business objectives.
• Create user personas, journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop scalable UI designs and comprehensive design systems for functional digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to transform concepts into implemented solutions.
• Translate user journeys and business requirements into clear design specifications and assets.
• Iterate quickly through prototype and validation cycles based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, and Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual communication.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within consulting or professional services.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of technical concepts including APIs, CI/CD, databases, or generative AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and digital product development.
