What you will do

• Synthesize graphic design, psychology, and software development to create engaging, intuitive user journeys.
• Create storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and interaction models, producing low-to-high fidelity prototypes for client presentations.
• Develop user personas and user flows aligned with client needs and overall product vision.
• Partner with clients, product managers, and technical teams to run discovery, gather requirements, and deliver UX/UI designs.
• Continuously evaluate user needs and trade-offs to drive the optimal solution from vision to implementation.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across client engagements in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Expertise reviewing client Statement of Work documents, defining design specifications, and creating client collateral.
• Expert-level written communication and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with UX/UI tools including Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, and Lucidchart.
• Ability to create rapid prototypes to support efficient feedback cycles.
• Experience working in client-facing environments and professional services engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile project team.
• Familiarity with UX/UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Vue, and Angular.
• Familiarity with technical concepts including GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, databases, and repositories.
• Experience with AWS services and delivering cloud-based products and solutions.
