What you will do
- Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements through end-to-end discovery.
- Cultivate partnerships across Global Customer Services, Support Operations, and Onboarding & Compliance to ensure scalability.
- Drive project momentum and maintain accountability for timelines across cross-functional partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks by mapping complex dependencies between Enterprise Technology and Global Operations.
- Generate high-signal weekly status updates and maintain rigorous documentation within Airtable.
- Coordinate launch synchronization between technical releases and business-facing launch dates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Delivery Management within fast-paced tech or operations environments.
- Proven ability to translate technical constraints into business tradeoffs and communicate with Engineering/Product teams.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including BRD and UAT coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in project tracking tools such as Airtable, Jira, or Asana.
- Must be based in Colombia.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with Global Operations functions (Customer Services, Support, or Compliance).
- PMP or other professional program management certifications.
