What you will do

• Own end-to-end finance operations, including month-end/year-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple APAC entities.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and P&L performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control procedures and accounting policies to ensure financial discipline.
• Partner with regional management to provide data-driven insights, financial modeling, and business cases for new initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process automation and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, controllership, or FP&A within a multinational, fintech, or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax filings, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language capability is a plus.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP and financial planning systems.
