What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and benefits-related compensation for employees.
• Calculate net salaries, taxes, deductions, and withholdings ensuring high accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and general ledger accounts, preparing all necessary accounting documentation.
• Track employee leave balances, process overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
