What you will do

• Plan, execute, and control projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating between engineering, procurement, and field service teams.
• Verify sales orders against customer POs and quotations to ensure contract baseline accuracy.
• Manage procurement strategies, including vendor selection, material control, and logistics.
• Resolve technical and quality issues, including returns and corrective orders, while negotiating settlements.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting during monthly contract reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or 5+ years of experience as an on-site Project Manager.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience with contract review, analysis, and project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Technical knowledge of material handling systems.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle.
