What you will do

• Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and university engagement activities.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Contribute to the automation of scheduling and onboarding processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop creative content for employer branding campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement programs and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to commit to an internship duration of at least 6 months is preferred.
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong candidate experiences.
