HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Semiconductor company operating in Malaysia.

What you will do

• Support campus recruitment programs, career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment administration.
• Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to automating interview scheduling and onboarding processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create content and contribute ideas for employer branding campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; engineering students with an interest in connecting with people are also welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities and building positive candidate experiences.

Nice to have

• Availability to continue the internship for longer than six months.
