What you will do

• Conduct research using open source intelligence (OSINT), news aggregators, and litigation databases to identify compliance risks.
• Establish effective screening for alert adjudication and provide actionable risk suggestions.
• Gather business information through phone interviews and cold calls with investigated companies.
• Upload and cross-check data through multiple channels to ensure the accuracy of final reports.
• Deliver high-quality, timely customized compliance reports to meet customer requirements.
• Support database maintenance and other reporting-related services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Finance, Credit, or Accounting.
• Up to 1 year of experience in due diligence or law firms; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficiency in open-source search methods, including structured search strings and database queries.
• English: Good command of reading and writing (CET 4 or above) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Changsha, China.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
