What you will do
- Manage distributor onboarding, deliver training, and handle daily inquiries from distributors and business teams.
- Process, post, and review POS data, including collection, conditioning, and validation.
- Conduct data analysis and hold monthly quality reviews to provide core metrics.
- Support distributor rebate and sales incentive processes.
- Lead projects and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong data processing and analytical skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Experience in distributor data management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in China without sponsorship.
