What you will do

• Drive functional implementation and user adoption of the IOP platform across local offices and supplier-related operations.
• Act as a trusted communication bridge between local business users and global product teams based at HQ in Spain.
• Provide on-site functional support, analyzing and resolving issues related to processes, configuration, or technical gaps.
• Prepare and deliver onboarding sessions, functional training, and user support workshops.
• Align local operational routines with standard global processes in Product Development, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable improvement proposals for continuous platform optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in functional implementation, digital transformation, or software rollout projects.
• Must be based in China and available for domestic travel.
• English: C1 level (very high professional), both spoken and written, for communication with HQ.
• Mandarin Chinese: Fluent or native level.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate operational needs into structured requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary travel documentation and visas for international business trips to Spain.
