What you will do

• Manage regular operational, sales, and administrative tasks and requests within the team scope.
• Coordinate the bank's strategic initiatives and projects in collaboration with the Market Business Management team.
• Support the Group Head in supervisory duties, managing daily risks through control reports and dashboards.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for RM client book planning and performance reviews.
• Identify and implement ideas to improve the efficiency of bank processes and systems.
• Execute budget planning and effective cost controlling for the respective team.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize work independently, and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
