What you will do

• Consolidate monthly forecasting activities for the Civil Business.
• Analyze trends in KPIs, revenue, operational performance, and expenses.
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop modeling tools for actionable insights.
• Create complex financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare in-depth financial reports and presentations for the Senior Management Team.
• Provide financial recommendations based on detailed data analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A within a large multi-national organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Montreal (St. Laurent).

Nice to have

• CPA designation or currently pursuing it.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
