What you will do

• Track and evaluate commercial air cleaning technologies, focusing on standards, quality, and maintenance needs.
• Build and maintain a living product roadmap and target product profile (TPP) for air cleaning technologies.
• Design and execute indoor air quality (IAQ) pilots and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for suppliers.
• Create operational playbooks to help organizations independently implement IAQ improvement projects.
• Conduct focus groups with facilities, people, and finance leaders to identify investment barriers.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and installers in the air cleaning tech sector.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in high-impact strategy, operations, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record as a hands-on project owner who executes directly to drive outcomes.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills for both executive and non-expert audiences.
• Experience evaluating physical products against structured criteria (quality, operational fit, feasibility).
• Experience managing proof-of-concept programs and vendor selection processes.
• Ability to translate findings from stakeholder interviews into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HVAC/MEP systems.
• Experience at an organization that manages physical product installations.
• Background in public health or biosecurity.
