What you will do

• Work with the Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage hirify.global Originals experiences from concept to execution.
• Source venues and partners, and run contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and long-term relationships.
• Track and analyze key metrics to ensure financial and operational feasibility of events.
• Support revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach.
• Monitor business performance using P&L tracking, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth event launches and delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills, including the ability to pitch and build partnerships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and manage multiple high-impact projects under pressure.
