What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for complex services including CX BPO, consulting, marketing, and compliance.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, SLAs, renewals, and termination rights.
• Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization.
• Build business cases and decision support materials to articulate trade-offs and risks to leadership.
• Design and adopt AI-enabled and automation-driven workflows to optimize administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, specifically in services categories.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations independently.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills for evaluating vendor proposals, pricing models, and spend data.
• Familiarity with S2P systems such as Zip or Ironclad and experience with contract redlines and SOWs.
• Ability to operate effectively in an async-first environment with clear written communication.
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI responsibly to drive workflow efficiency.
