What you will do

• Drive multi-quarter technical strategy for the Blockchain Platform, including nodes, wallets, and indexing.
• Architect core platform infrastructure for high availability, low latency, and security at a global scale.
• Lead cross-team architectural initiatives such as wallet stack rearchitecture and indexing stack redesign.
• Establish engineering standards for security, reliability, and transaction finality across all crypto asset operations.
• Utilize observability signals to identify structural platform gaps and lead systematic remediation.
• Represent the Blockchain Platform in executive forums to align stakeholders on high-impact technical bets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years at a staff-plus level designing and scaling high-throughput transaction systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with blockchain protocols at the node level (e.g., EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, L2s).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-team architectural initiatives at global scale.
• Experience applying AI or agent-based automation to reduce operational toil in infrastructure contexts.
