Compensation: $197,200 - $255,200 (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategies and qualify opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and technical challenges.
• Design and position solutions across the hirify.global portfolio to drive customer business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise architects, infrastructure leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal specialists to accelerate customer success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales in an enterprise environment.
• Proven success supporting Fortune 1000 customers through complex technology sales cycles.
• Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies.
• Broad knowledge of virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Must be based in the San Francisco / San Jose / East Bay metro areas.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
• Experience discussing ROI and TCO with business stakeholders.
• Passion for learning emerging technologies like AI and modern data infrastructure.
