Salary: $151,200 - $235,200 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a PCE platform area, balancing short-term needs with a 1-2 year technical vision.
• Optimize developer workflows and prioritize capabilities that enhance engineering speed and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to build a cohesive platform ecosystem.
• Define and drive critical platform adoption and performance metrics.
• Manage end-to-end launches, including migration paths and technical documentation.
• Champion the adoption of modern AI development tools, including agents and context tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Hands-on fluency and working understanding of modern AI development tools (agents, MCPs, context).
• Proven track record of building developer-facing or platform products.
• Strong analytical skills and precise technical communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI Developer Infrastructure, ML infrastructure, or MLOps tooling.
• Background in software engineering with experience writing and shipping code.
• Familiarity with AWS, shared services, APIs, and builder frameworks.
• Knowledge of the hirify.global ecosystem and streaming industry.
