What you will do

• Define identity product strategy with VP-level leaders across Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, Tablet, and eReader, translating platform investments into customer reach, CX quality, and revenue impact.
• Build insights pipeline connecting product-line customer needs to DS2 prioritization, owning success metrics, analytical frameworks, and prioritization mechanisms.
• Own product vision for transforming device customer support experience, partnering across security, CS, product lines, and engineering to close CX gaps via self-service and automation.
• Lead cross-portfolio identity initiatives spanning 20+ partner teams, influencing without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical product management, owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Track record influencing cross-org outcomes without direct authority.
• Deep comfort with ambiguity, turning vague mandates into roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical rigor building frameworks and defining key metrics.
• Technical fluency with APIs, distributed systems, device/cloud architectures.
• Bachelor's degree; experience with feature delivery, roadmap strategy, end-to-end product delivery, engineering discussions.
