What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise applications.
• Define high-level business processes, application workflows, and functional specifications.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) including objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate system integration and regression testing activities.
• Support post-production issue resolution and end-user training development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (W2 only, no C2C).
• Proven experience in business analysis and creating BRDs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC.
• Experience with functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle PL/SQL or MySQL) and reporting tools like Tableau.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Domain knowledge in banking products.
