Salary: $152,000 – $176,700

What you will do

• Translate high-level B2B growth goals into actionable plans, incentive models, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to build dashboards and analyze funnel performance to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead forecast calls and pipeline reviews, delivering executive-ready reporting via BI tools and spreadsheets.
• Construct complex, multi-tab operational, capacity, and financial models from scratch.
• Act as a Salesforce power user to optimize GTM processes and ensure high data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end revenue planning, including top-down and bottom-up forecast reconciliation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years specifically in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, or Revenue Analytics.
• Experience supporting B2B or B2B2C GTM motions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building complex operational models.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including custom reports and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to manage revenue planning, coverage modeling, and capacity planning.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting B2B healthcare GTM motions.
• Familiarity with multi-channel GTM environments (inbound, outbound, and partners).
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
• Working familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.
