What you will do

• Design and implement backend services in Go for authentication and authorization at global scale.
• Evolve services to be geo-redundant across Azure regions to ensure low latency and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to balance usability, security, and scalability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure services meet availability targets of 99.95%+.
• Contribute to frontend workflows using React and TypeScript to ensure cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and share best practices across the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-6+ years of professional software engineering experience (depending on educational degree).
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend integrations.
• Background in identity and access management (IAM) or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with observability tooling and designing systems for operability at scale.
• Open source contributions or experience building hirify.global Apps and using hirify.global APIs.
