What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable, performant API integrations with OEMs and energy partners.
• Strengthen the connectivity platform by improving observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Take ownership of complex projects, breaking them into actionable tasks and delivering them independently.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and system robustness.
• Collaborate with product teams to balance platform stability with feature delivery.
• Support and mentor team members while contributing to technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience writing maintainable, testable backend code, ideally in API-heavy environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Systematic approach to debugging and preventing recurring issues across services.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe for remote work.
• Fluency with AI tooling as a strategic lever for engineering productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
• Background in platform engineering or product-focused backend development.
