What you will do

• Perform optical fabrication processes including beveling, milling, blocking, grinding, and polishing.
• Execute shaping process steps on simple to medium-difficulty parts.
• Conduct standard edging tasks up to .001 tolerance.
• Inspect and clean parts to ensure quality and precision.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and technical prints for dimensions.
• Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and spherometers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematics skills for technical calculations.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Position is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
