What you will do

• Own enterprise reporting end-to-end, from defining requirements and data modeling to building and maintaining dashboards.
• Build and maintain dbt models to create a reliable, well-documented semantic layer for business reporting.
• Develop self-serve reporting tools using Omni, Looker, or Tableau to reduce ad hoc requests.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure reporting foundations are trustworthy and scalable.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards and metric definitions to ensure consistency across the company.
• Audit and rationalize existing reports to reduce redundancy and reporting drift.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries against large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related).

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with Python for data validation, automation, or pipeline work.
• Prior experience in healthcare, DTC, or high-growth startup environments.
