What you will do

• Design and maintain content to reinforce learning through practical application, focusing on the underlying logic and purpose.
• Act as a subject matter expert for new product launches, translating complex features into digestible content for customers and partners.
• Develop clear, step-by-step documentation, tutorials, and training materials for Okta and Auth0 product lines.
• Review student surveys and performance data to identify new asset opportunities and improve existing resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Enablement, Partner, and Product teams to ensure technical guidance is accurate and current.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and web security best practices.
• Proven track record of translating intricate technical concepts into clear documentation and actionable training materials.
• Strong ability to synthesize information from complex product features and support workflows.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional written English with a clear, explanatory, and empathetic style.
• Experience using AI tools to assist in research, outlining, or content optimization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Okta & Auth0 product offerings.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management processes and standards.
• Experience using content generation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Camtasia.
