What you will do

• Validate timekeeping records and prepare comprehensive payroll instructions for each cycle.
• Process employee reimbursements and manage Philippine vendor invoices, ensuring BIR compliance.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and manage online banking uploads for salary release.
• Handle year-end payroll activities including tax annualization and BIR-related reporting.
• Prepare payroll reports and schedules for audits and compliance reviews.
• Partner with HR and providers to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processes and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work hybrid from the BGC office.
